Surface Pro 9
#3 in Windows Tablet · Rated 4.2
Established 2-in-1 Windows tablet with solid all-around performance
Surface Pro 9 remains a widely adopted Windows 2-in-1, offering dependable performance in a slim, versatile form factor. It shipped with 12th-gen Intel Core CPUs or a Qualcomm SQ3 option, a 13-inch PixelSense display, and strong support for the Surface ecosystem (Pen, Type Cover). While not the absolute newest in 2025, it maintains appeal for students, SMBs, and professionals who want a proven detachable design with good battery life and robust Windows 11 integration. Availability across global markets, strong accessory ecosystem, and continuation of Windows 11 support make it a practical choice in many regions where buyers want a familiar, reliable Windows tablet-laptop hybrid.
