Elgato Facecam Pro
#1 in Webcam · Rated 4.7
Studio-grade 4K60 webcam with DSLR-like controls.
Elgato Facecam Pro is a high-end, USB-C connected webcam designed for professional streams, virtual events, and content creation. It delivers native 4K60 video with a Sony STARVIS sensor, allowing extremely detailed imagery even when you’re moving or shifting framing. The Pro line emphasizes advanced camera controls via Elgato Camera Hub, including manual exposure, white balance, and LUTs, along with PTZ (pan/tilt/zoom) capabilities that can be saved to internal memory for instant recall. It’s built for creators who want broadcast-like quality without external cinema cameras, and it integrates smoothly with popular software like OBS, Zoom, Teams, and more. The camera’s 90° FOV, robust mount options, and USB-C connectivity make it suitable for desk setups, teleprompter rigs, and multi-camera desk productions. Compared with consumer models, Facecam Pro targets professionals who demand precise color, exposure consistency, and stability across apps. Its lack of an internal microphone is offset by the option to pair a higher-quality external mic. Distinctive advantages include true 4K60 capture, DSLR-like image processing, and long-term configurability via Camera Hub. This product competes at the top end of the consumer/prosumer webcam market and differentiates itself with pro-grade controls and 4K60 performance.
