Ergonomic trackball with adjustable tilt for comfort
Logitech MX ERGO is a purpose-built ergonomic thumb-operated trackball that minimizes arm movement. It offers a choice between 0° and 20° tilt via a removable metal plate, which Logitech promotes as reducing forearm fatigue and improving posture. The device is wireless, with both Bluetooth and a USB Unifying receiver, enabling easy multi-device workflows. It features an 8-button layout with a dedicated precision mode button and a precise scroll wheel, plus compatibility with Logitech Options+ for app-specific actions and multi-device workflows. Its build quality is robust, and the trackball remains stationary while you move the cursor with the ball, which is ideal for long sessions, CAD tasks, or coding marathons. Competing devices tend to be either more compact or heavier; MX ERGO stands out with a balanced footprint and mature software ecosystem. Suitable for professionals who want a premium, proven ergonomic tool that minimizes wrist and arm movement while delivering dependable precision on most surfaces.
