Generation 2 ultra-telephoto zoom for DSLR mounts
Tamron's SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD G2 is a reengineered super-telephoto zoom designed for Canon EF, Nikon F, and Sony A mounts. The G2 delivers enhanced optics, faster autofocus, improved VC (Vibration Compensation) with multiple modes, and better coatings to suppress flare. It retains Tamron's FLEX ZOOM LOCK and a sturdy, weather-resistant build. While the long end is not as bright as prime glass, its flexible range and updated stabilization make it a popular choice for wildlife and sports shooters looking for value and performance in a single lens.
