Era 300
#2 in Speaker · Rated 4.7
Sonos' spatial audio powerhouse with Dolby Atmos
Era 300 is Sonos' flagship spatial-audio speaker, designed to deliver immersive Dolby Atmos-enabled music and content. It uses six drivers arranged to project sound from all directions, including overhead, to place listeners inside the mix. The speaker supports Wi‑Fi streaming, Bluetooth, Apple AirPlay 2, and a 3.5 mm line-in for wired sources, plus true-tuning via Sonos Trueplay. Era 300 is designed to pair with other Sonos devices for surround or multi-room setups and benefits from Sonos' app ecosystem, easy setup, and broad service compatibility. It’s aimed at audiophiles and home-theater enthusiasts who value room-filling, three-dimensional sound and want to extend a Sonos ecosystem beyond soundbars. While some listeners wish for deeper bass at very loud listening levels, the overall spatial presentation is widely acclaimed in reviews and can outperform many rivals at its price point. It differentiates itself with true vertical/horizontal driver arrays and a design language that fits modern interiors while delivering expansive imaging.
