Budget smart ring focused on recovery & sleep with Zepp app
Amazfit Helio Ring is Zepp Health’s first smart ring. It targets athletic recovery and basic sleep/health metrics, pairing with the Zepp Aura and Zepp Fitness services (free access included with many promos). It comes in a titanium finish and a limited size range, and supports iOS/Android via the Zepp app. In the U.S. the ring launched in 2024 with aggressive pricing and bundled subscription options. The ring has been recognized for value, offering strong sleep and heart-rate tracking at a fraction of some premium rivals.
