High-end 5G hotspot with Wi-Fi 6E and multi-device support
The Nighthawk M6 Pro (MR6550) is Netgear’s premium, unlocked mobile hotspot designed for power users and small teams who demand top-tier 5G performance. Built on the latest Wi‑Fi 6E technology, it supports fast wireless speeds, a large device footprint (up to 32 devices), and wired versatility via a 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port. The device is designed for roaming across many countries, with 5G mmWave and Sub‑6 support, and a removable battery that enables extended use. In practice, it targets professionals who need reliable internet on business trips, fieldwork, or shared workspaces where public Wi‑Fi isn’t trustworthy. Netgear emphasizes security, robust wired/wireless performance, and the ability to host high-bandwidth tasks (video calls, conferencing, larger downloads) without sacrificing stability. Compared with cheaper options, the M6 Pro differentiates itself with Wi‑Fi 6E, multi‑carrier roaming capability, and a rugged feature set aimed at enterprise or power-user scenarios.
