Budget-friendly true macro with 1:1 reproduction
Nikon's AF-S Micro NIKKOR 60mm f/2.8G ED is a compact macro lens known for sharp detail and reliable macro performance on Nikon F-mount bodies. It delivers life-size 1:1 reproduction with a modest minimum focus distance, making close-ups of small subjects practical in studio and field settings. The 60mm focal length offers a comfortable working distance for flowers and product photography, while the build quality reflects Nikon's classic DSLR-era macro design.
