Compact 2‑bay NAS with DX525 expansion for growth.
DS725+ is Synology's compact 2‑bay system, designed for homes and small offices that want to keep a tight footprint while retaining room to grow. It features built‑in 2.5GbE networking, supports expansion via the DX525 DX expansion unit (adding up to 5 more drives), and provides M.2 NVMe slots for caching to accelerate demanding workloads.
