Samsung Galaxy A36 5G
#1 in Budget Android Phones · Rated 4.3
AI-enabled budget mid-ranger with a big 6.7" display
Samsung’s Galaxy A36 5G arrived in 2025 as part of Samsung’s AI-forward A-series lineup. It aims to bring flagship-like features to a budget-friendly price, including a large 6.7-inch 1080p+ OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh, solid battery life, and 5G connectivity. Samsung emphasizes extended software longevity, with multiple Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates promised for the A-series, plus enhanced AI-driven features like Circle to Search. The device is positioned for users who want a robust everyday phone without the flagship tag, including those who value camera versatility, smooth display performance, and long-term support. What sets it apart is Samsung’s balance of modern display tech, sturdy design, and aggressive software commitments at a sub-premium price point, making it a strong value option against competing midrange devices. Available in markets worldwide with diverse color options, the A36 5G is a practical upgrade for budget-conscious Android buyers.
